Chapel Renovation Work
Over the next few weeks the front and exterior of our chapel will be getting a much-needed facelift. Our steeple will be repaired and repainted, the front steps and columns will be repaired, and needed window repairs, painting and sealing will occur this fall. This project is part of our Phase I project to preserve and renovate our current chapel and original building.

House on North Lot Demolished
The first tangible steps of our capital campaign have begun! In early October the house on the north lot was demolished in preparation for our new sanctuary. Every effort was made to recycle as much of the house as possible before demolition. Since the new sanctuary is Phase II of our campaign, the lot is being graded and will be turned over to the Garden Group in the interim years to expand our community gardening program. Plans also call for a privacy fence to be constructed on the front, east-facing slope, as well as some landscaping for aesthetic purposes. These projects will be completed by volunteers and are scheduled to take place in the early spring.
