To fully realize our mission and vision, the Church must renovate, update, and expand our facilities responsibly while meeting our commitment to an environmentally sound, sustainable future. Environmentally sensitive construction, operation, and use will mean a facility that both inspires and enables our congregation, visitors, and staff to become better stewards of the earth. These goals include:
- Using 50% less energy in our existing space compared to other churches in this region.
- Installing photovoltaic panels.
- Exceeding the AIA’s 2030 challenge by reducing new construction net energy demand by 60%.
