I have just learned that I have a major schedule conflict for the Sunday, Nov 23rd (12:30 pm) "Unstuffing the Holidays" Service Planning Meeting. Our 12:30 pm proposed meeting that day conflicts with a meeting of the Social Justice Council which I must attend both as Board Liaison and as Environmental Ministry Coordinator and representative.
I propose that instead we meet either
-- Nov 23rd, approx. 2:00 pm -- following the Social Justice Council meeting
OR
-- Nov 16th, approx. 2:00 pm -- following the Congregational Meeting
Please let me know which one (or two) of these dates/times work for you.
