People find the best way to get to know our church and its members is to join in our many social, learning, and helping activities. An easy first step is helping out on Sundays with ushering or serving coffee (don’t worry, someone will train you).
Here’s a list of other committees and groups to pique your interest. Feel free to call the contacts to find out more about each activity – how much time is required, for instance -- and how you can best use your time and talent. Or you can indicate which activities you’d like to know more about on a pew card and leave it at the Welcome Table. Someone will call you personally to talk about getting involved. If there’s no committee head, feel free to fill in!
Look for announcements of circle suppers, theater events, and so forth in the Torch and Orders of Service.
